Explore the Beauty of Qishan for Just 400 NTD — Experience the Locals’ Warm Hospitality

In recent years, Qishan in Kaohsiung has been committed to community development. To showcase the results of these efforts, the Qishan District Office has carefully planned the “Summer Banana Tour – Hospitable Xizhou” community cultural deep dive tour. The event will be held over two sessions on July 20–21 and August 3–4. Participants can explore the beautiful sights of Qishan for just 400 NTD. Additionally, for convenience, the organizers have arranged shuttle services from the Zuoying High-Speed Rail Station.

The most beautiful thing about Qishan is its “human touch.” The warm and hospitable local residents are Qishan’s greatest asset. The district office has designed the “Summer Banana Tour – Hospitable Xizhou” deep cultural experience, which includes specially prepared banana-themed meals made with locally grown ingredients by enthusiastic local moms, diligent banana farmers taking you to discover the yellow miracle (bananas), as well as storytelling sessions with friendly grandparents. Moreover, there are fun activities like natural loofah face mask experiences, DIY eco-enzyme workshops, and treasure hunts in old houses. All these immersive experiences are included in the 400 NTD registration fee, and participants can even take home special local souvenirs at the end of the event.

Recently, Qishan has been actively promoting community development initiatives to share its unique charm with visitors. The Qishan District Office has meticulously crafted cultural tours to ensure that every visitor enjoys an unforgettable experience.
