A real-life “Flying Dragon in the Sky”! On the evening of the 8th, Chen Huifen, director of the Rush Weaving Culture Museum in Yuanli Township, Miaoli County, spotted a dragon-shaped cloud in front of her residence balcony. The resemblance was one hundred percent. After capturing the spectacular sight of a “dragon in the sky,” she shared it on Facebook, prompting her friends to “like” and spark lively discussions.

Chen Huifen said that around 6 p.m. on the 8th, while having tea and chatting with her family on the balcony of her home, she was surprised to see a “dragon”-shaped cloud, which symbolizes good fortune, appear in the sky. She immediately took a photo and then posted it on Facebook, writing: “The Creator is truly marvelous — giving different gifts to everyone, and the scenery in each place varies even on the same day.”

Seeing the dragon-shaped cloud for the first time, Chen Huifen said happily: “I wasn’t deliberately looking for anything. I just happened to glance up at the sky and saw this extraordinary scene.”

The Rush Weaving Culture Museum where Chen Huifen works mainly displays rush-woven products, models, images, and texts to preserve the culture of rush weaving.
