Singapore Airlines has announced that following the start of the Northern Hemisphere winter schedule (October 27, 2013, to March 29, 2014), its flight services between Singapore and India’s capital New Delhi will be expanded to three daily flights.
Currently operating two daily flights between Singapore and New Delhi with Boeing 777 aircraft, the airline will also use the Boeing 777 for the newly added third daily flight. Starting October 27, 2013, Singapore Airlines and SilkAir will together operate a total of 107 weekly flights between Singapore and 11 cities in India, including: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Tiruvananthapuram, and Visakhapatnam.
