A LEGO-themed restaurant that drives kids crazy — even the restaurant itself is built like blocks

The "MAJI MAJI Food, Fun & Festival" at the Flower Expo, which opened on June 1, is a leisure plaza created by entertainer Harlem Yu and renowned art space designer Ye Yuqing. It combines many unique restaurants and shops, among which the most popular is the Brick Works LEGO-themed café — a place where kids can have a blast.

LEGO is a childhood playmate for many, and the owner of this shopis a LEGO enthusiast — he’s Tony, the husband of singer Fish Leong.Even before entering the store, you can see the display sign and doorknobs at the entrance made of assembled LEGO bricks. Inside, it’s a LEGO paradise, featuring collections of bricks in all sizes — from large ones like the Star Wars black Millennium Falcon and India’s iconic Taj Mahal made with 5,922 LEGO pieces, to smaller ones like the Green Lantern LEGO figurine, which costs NT$10,000 each. The most special item in the store is a whole wall displaying 630 small LEGO figures, attracting many guests to take photos.

Since it’s a LEGO restaurant, every table comes with a LEGO storage box, so whether you’re a couple or a family, you can eat while playing with LEGO here. There are also instructors who can guide you in assembling LEGO, and if you don’t want to take your creation apart, you can even buy it to take home.

Besides LEGO bricks, the chocolate on the cupcakes here is all in LEGO shapes, their cute appearance making people want to take photos non-stop. Store manager Adolph said that the main ingredient in the cakes here is eggs, unlike other shops that use egg powder — they hope to provide guests with food that is both safe and healthy. Currently, the shop only sells drinks and cakes, but they plan to offer full meals in the future so guests can come here and have a full stomach.

In addition, the handles of the knives, forks, and spoons here are shaped like LEGO pieces and can even be assembled together — very fun. Adolph said that their future goal is to have all utensils designed in LEGO brick shapes.
