After a 5-year hiatus, the MICHELIN Guide Hokkaido Special Edition to be released again on May 19

After a five-year break, the MICHELIN Guide Hokkaido Special Edition’s 2017 edition will be released again on May 19. This year, three restaurants have been awarded three MICHELIN stars: モリエ0?搿 (Morie), 工饭?ā (Kohaku), and さわ田 (Sawada). Thirteen restaurants have earned two stars, and 60 have received one star.
