During the sand sculpture event, the chefs carefully select local ingredients, incorporating sand sculpture and ocean elements to launch the “Sand Sculpture Chef’s Recommended Menu,” featuring eight signature dishes such as Golden Sand Pumpkin, Cold Seaweed Salad, Twin Stream Yam and Turmeric Braised Pork Ribs, and Flying Fish Roe Tofu Pot. All dishes use fresh, locally sourced ingredients for a refreshing summer taste.

At Fulong Bayview’s “Zen” Restaurant, local elements are blended into a Japanese-style shabu-shabu. Local seafood from Gongliao abalone and Daxi Fishing Port is paired with a simple broth to bring out the umami of the ingredients. For those who prefer stronger flavors, there is also a Southeast Asian-style broth option to enjoy a rich and satisfying meal.
