Shop now: The "Taiwan Gastronomy Classics Exhibition," organized by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, is in full swing. Starting August 18the "Hotel Brand Day" campaignwill be launched, giving the public the chance to snag exclusive hotel meal coupons online at prices below 70% of their market value. Seven renowned hotels, including Shangri-La's Far Eastern Hotel Taipei, Zhiben Loreno Grand Hotel, and Fuhang Hotel, are joining this fierce competition for customers.

The Tourism Bureau stated that the "Hotel Brand Day" campaign begins on August 18 and will run for two consecutive weeks, with limited-time, quantity-restricted exclusive hotel meal coupons available every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Each person can purchase a maximum of four coupons. The first wave of participating hotels includes Shangri-La's Far Eastern Grand Hotel Taipei, which has partnered with the Tourism Bureau event to offer the "Far East Café Buffet Afternoon Tea Voucher." Originally priced at NT$649, the limited-time promotional price is just NT$439.

Starting August 21, three consecutive days of flash sales events will be held. Among them, Zhiben Loreno Hotel in Taitung is offering a "Premium Dining Voucher" to attract customers, with the original price of NT$825 slashed to a promotional price of NT$499. Holders of the dining voucher can enjoy one serving of buffet dinner at either the Naruwan Restaurant or the Boat Song Restaurant. Fuhang Hotel is also pulling out all the stops with its "Premium Combo Buffet Voucher" priced at just NT$1,199 — nearly NT$800 less than the original price of NT$1,980. This voucher can be used not only at Fuhang Hotel but also redeemed at the National Palace Museum Theatre Lounge and Academia Sinica’s Philosophy Lounge.

The Tourism Bureau noted that besides snapping up meal coupons, members of the public who visitthe campaign websiteand take part in the “Three Hearts, Two Minds” voting activity will have the chance to win a grand prize of a premium set menu worth NT$20,000, as well as meal coupons from multiple hotels totaling NT$100,000 in value. Between 55 and 60 winners will be selected each week.
