Peach Aviation offers flights to Hokkaido before September – Taipei-Sapporo one-way starting from NT$2,380

Following yesterday’s announcement of the new Taipei-Sendai route, Peach Aviation today unveiled three additional new routes with Sapporo (New Chitose) as a hub, launching the Taipei (Taoyuan)-Sapporo (New Chitose), Sapporo (New Chitose)-Sendai, and Sapporo (New Chitose)-Fukuoka routes.

The international route between Taipei (Taoyuan) and Sapporo (New Chitose), along with the two domestic Japanese routes from Sapporo (New Chitose) to Sendai and Fukuoka, will commence passenger services on September 24, 2017. Flights from Sapporo (New Chitose) to Sendai and Fukuoka will operate daily, while the Taipei (Taoyuan)-Sapporo (New Chitose) international route will have three flights per week, providing Taiwanese travelers with convenient direct access to Hokkaido.

Shinsuke Inoue, Executive Director and CEO of Peach Aviation, said: “Hokkaido was one of the first destinations we launched when Peach Aviation was established. As New Chitose Airport will serve as a key hub in 2018, we are expanding our route network with these three new routes. Together with our existing Osaka (Kansai)-Sapporo (New Chitose) route, we now operate four routes from Sapporo (New Chitose) Airport. This will provide more convenient transport options for local residents in Hokkaido and we hope to attract more travelers from across Asia to explore beautiful Hokkaido, thereby invigorating the local economy and development.”
