The yellow duckling hasn’t officially arrived in Kaohsiung yet, but a six-foot-tall duck has already appeared around the city. With its round, cute shape and flat beak, it’s super eye-catching, and many visitors to Kaohsiung are lining up to take photos with it. Before the yellow duckling arrives, the gray duckling has already taken over Kaohsiung. Starting on the 17th, a six-meter-tall gray duckling appeared in the city, crafted from sand sculpture. It also features a round shape and a flat beak, and even under the night lights, it casts a uniquely quirky and playful effect. Many locals are eager to take photos with the gray duckling, saying that no matter the time of day or the color—yellow or gray—as long as it’s duck-shaped, it’s full of healing power.
