Typhoon Usagi disrupts Taiwan’s Mid-Autumn holiday; the Central Weather Bureau issued a sea and land warning for the strong typhoon at 8:30 AM on the 20th; TransAsia Airways stated that flights will not be affected before noon tomorrow (the 21st).
TransAsia Airways released a notice earlier stating: “All TransAsia Airways flights before noon on 9/21 will operate normally and are not affected by Typhoon Usagi. Further updates regarding changes will be provided tomorrow morning based on weather conditions.” Passengers are advised to pay close attention to flight information when heading to the airport.
