Since launching the “Proposal Operation” campaign in November 2011, up until the end of July this year, all 47 men who applied through the hotel have successfully proposed, achieving a 100% success rate. Word of mouth has made the hotel famous, with requests increasing from just one per month to four or five per month.

This campaign is limited to one group per day on weekdays, with the proposal taking place in a “romantic little chapel” that most women dream of. Since it’s a once-in-a-lifetime event, all hotel staff treat it as a major mission and carefully arrange every detail to ensure the woman remains unaware. In the evening, the staff invite the couple to the chapel under the pretense of “an event being held there tonight.” Then, the man excuses himself, and when the woman grows impatient, the staff guide her into the chapel—where the man, already dressed in a suit, is waiting inside.

Whether the proposal unfolds in a humorous, romantic, or quirky style, the hotel thoughtfully arranges two cameras to capture the most touching moment. As the couple exits the chapel, all the staff appear to offer their heartfelt congratulations. It’s said that many women are moved to tears of happiness by the scene.
