Taipei International Travel Fair / Eastar Resort Hotel mascot dances to celebrate surpassing five million in sales

The Taipei International Travel Fair opened today (18th) on the 1st and 2nd floors of Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1 and in Hall 3. The hotel discount-focused Hall 3 saw a huge crowd flood in immediately after opening at noon, scrambling to snap up discounted travel packages on-site. Eastar Resort Hotel even brought out its mascot "SenSen" to bust out the "Gangnam Style" dance with sales staff, drawing crowds of onlookers and shrieks of excitement.

The Taipei International Travel Fair has begun, with many visitors arriving early, heading straight for the hotel sales area as soon as it opened at 12pm. Wang Jingyi, Marketing Planning Director of Eastar Mountain Resort Hotel, stated that sales figures on the first day of the fair exceeded expectations, with preliminary estimates at around five million. To attract more visitors and boost sales, Eastar Resort Hotel also rolled out its mascot "SenSen" to dance Gangnam Style outside the exhibition area, which indeed drew crowds of excited onlookers.

The idol drama "True Love Black & White" has sparked widespread fan discussion since its premiere, particularly regarding the interactions between the male and female leads. For four people staying at both hotels, the price is only 9,999 NTD. The package includes four daily breakfasts, plus four tickets each to the Lanyang Museum, the Golden SPA Sports Club hot spring, and the Chocolate Museum DIY experience — allowing fans to explore the two hotels featured in the drama, relive classic scenes, and enjoy a luxurious hot spring experience.

Located in Yangmei, the "Eastar Mountain Resort Hotel" boasts tens of thousands of square meters of ecological forest and sodium bicarbonate hot springs known as "beauty springs." Strolling across the popular "Tree Sea Bridge" — one of the most Instagrammed spots in the resort — offers breathtaking panoramic views of the forested mountain city. Meanwhile, the "Eastar Ocean Hot Spring Hotel" in Toucheng, Yilan, sits against mountains and by the sea, featuring the top attraction among the Eight Scenic Spots of Lanyang, "Turtle Mountain Sunrise," as well as the "Beiguan Tidal Bore," along with deep-ocean golden springs. Each hotel has its own unique charm and stunning mountain or ocean scenery, making them popular filming locations for various idol dramas and attracting many overseas fans to visit.
