Taipei International Travel Fair / New Highlights in the Homestay Hotel & Food Zone Gather Unique Accommodations

Whether traveling abroad or domestically, some travelers opt to stay in hotels to save on costs or to immerse themselves in the local culture—a new choice in travel style. For the first time at this Taipei International Travel Fair (ITF), a “Homestay Hotel & Food Zone” has been specially curated, attracting enthusiasts of unique homestays and restaurants who queued up early in the morning.

The “Homestay Hotel & Food Zone” is located on the second floor of Hall 1 at the Taipei World Trade Center. It features a selection of uniquely themed Taiwanese lodging and dining operators such as Qingjing Florence, Chengyi Cultural & Creative Design Hotel, Shanghai Village, and Prince Hotel. The second floor also includes a dedicated stage area, making for an equally lively atmosphere. Additionally, this year’s travel fair, themed “Love to Travel,” has set up a central theme zone on the second floor. Visitors who spend above a certain amount at the theme zone can receive lottery tickets, with draws taking place every two hours. Prizes include domestic and international flight tickets, hotel and homestay stay vouchers, and other great giveaways.
