Standing on the sea of clouds to welcome the first light of the new year! Taipingshan Park in Yilan opens early on New Year’s Day
Last updated 2026-09-23 — There are only about 40 days left before the end of 2017. The most anticipated thing in the New Year every year is to welcome the first dawn of the New Year. In order to facilitate tourists to welcome the first light of the New Year, Yilan Taipingshan Forest Recreation Area will open admission early at 3:00 on New Year's Day, and Cuifeng Scenic Road will implement time limit from 6:30 to 9:00 in the morning.

距离2017年结束结束仅剩约40天左右，每年新年最受期待的就是迎接新年第一道曙光。宜兰太平山森林游乐区为了方便旅客迎接新年第一道曙光，在元旦当天提早于3:00开放入园，翠峰景观道路于早上6:30至9:00实施时段管制。

位于2000米高的太平山向来都是赏日出的绝佳地点，在群山环抱之下，有时还会出现层层叠叠的云海宛若仙境，日出与云海同时出现，缤纷亮丽的景致美不胜收。

据中央气象局表示，2018年元旦太平山日出时间预估在6点30分至6点50分间，为方便游客到太平山迎接2018年第一道曙光，园区当天提早于凌晨3点开放入园，并建议游客可在太平山庄观景台、翠峰景观道路14k观景台及望洋山步道观景台等地点观看日出。若天气状况良好，望洋山观日出，还可以看到兰阳平原及太平洋上的龟山岛。
太平山园区翠峰景观道路元旦早上6:30至9:00实施时段管制，翠峰景观道路 6:30后禁止车辆进入，直至9:00后正常开放。另外7:30前限制车辆自翠峰湖通行至太平山庄，请游客配合执勤员警指挥及引导，以确保行车安全。
