Only sell for 3 and a half hours every day! Afternoon tea for Tainan locals, ancient chicken cake
Last updated 2026-09-23 — There is no name of the chicken cake stall on the roadside. It has been selling for 27 years. It only opens in the afternoon for 3.5 hours. It is sold in limited quantities and you can’t eat it in the evening. There is often a queue as soon as the shop opens. The traditional ancient breakfast tastes soft and not too sweet. It is the favorite afternoon tea of many locals.

路边没有店名的鸡蛋糕小摊，一卖就是27年，下午才营业只卖3.5小时，限量贩售晚来吃不到，常常一开店就排队，传统古早味吃起来软Q不甜腻，是许多在地人最爱的下午茶
老板说她从民国80年就卖到现在了，之前有一阵子移到附近别处摆摊，现在就比较固定在这里
旁边有50岚，隔壁崇仁街墙面上写着大大的货柜屋，算是满好认的地标
没有店名，因为都固定摆在东门路上，所以在地人都叫东门路鸡蛋糕，他们家鸡蛋糕的特色除了古早味，还有各种可爱的动物造型
面糊每天只准备一桶，卖完就提早收
现点现烤，两个模具一次最多烤12个，人多要等很久
在旁边看发现老板坚持手不碰到鸡蛋糕，全程都是用工具把鸡蛋糕戳下来，注重卫生有加分
摊位上没有写售价，一般正常点法是一包12个50元
动物造型有8款，其他还有2款手枪造型，都还满古锥，吃起来就是很传统古早味的软Q口感，重点是吃起来不会很甜，非常涮嘴，虽然冷掉一样好吃，但是建议不要放超过2小时，不然口感会比较干
