Taichung Zhongyou Department Store's Themed Toilets Selected as One of the World's Top 10 Most Exciting Public Restrooms

The UK price comparison website "Cheap Flights" has selected the world's top ten most exciting toilets, with the themed restrooms at Taichung Zhongyou Department Store—featuring themes such as Coca-Cola, The Wizard of Oz, Secret Garden, and Finding Nemo—making the list.

Zhongyou Department Store has15a total ofseveral different themed toilets, including a variety of styles such as European, American, and fairytale-inspired designs. These themed toilets have also received multiple accolades from the Taichung City Government. Other countries with entries on the world's top 10 most exciting public restrooms list include the United States, Austria, Japan, New Zealand, and Chongqing in mainland China, all showcasing creative restroom designs.

New Zealand features a creative restroom tiled with old bank building materials, Alaska in the U.S. has a "wilderness toilet" made of just three wooden planks, and Europe’s street “pop-up toilets” are also quite unique.
