Featuring the season’s freshest autumn crabs, Qingmu Chushih offers a “Miso Salmon & Crabmeat Risotto” and a “Crispy Fried Soft-Shell Crab Burger.” The presentation of the intact crab makes quite a visual impact, while the flavor of the crab enhances the dish’s appeal. In addition, instead of the usual burger-and-fries combo, Qingmu Chushih pairs its dishes with its popular “Potato Rings”—thinly sliced spiraled potatoes that are deep-fried.

With its luxurious visual presentation and universally praised taste, the Miso Salmon & Crabmeat Risotto has become a new favorite brunch spot for Instagram check-ins. The shop also mentions that these crispy fried soft-shell crab dishes will continue to be available.
