The Luodong Township Office used the microfilm "Dear, Find Some Time to Visit Luodong and Have Fun!" to promote the town, showcasing its cultural heritage sites, scenic spots, local delicacies, and other unique features. This innovative approach promotes Luodong through a creative short film format. In addition, the film has also been recognized as the most popular entry at the Taiwan Micro Film Festival.

"Dear, Find Some Time to Visit Luodong and Have Fun!" tells the story of a charming leading lady who leaves behind the hustle and bustle of Taipei life at the invitation of a friend to relax and rejuvenate in Luodong. Through her steps and perspective, viewers get to experience the beauty of Luodong. The film features well-known Luodong attractions such as the Cultural Factory, Luodong Sports Park, Zhulin Railway Station Cultural Park, Cultural Affairs Hall No. 2, and Luodong Night Market.
The film took about three months to complete and has a total runtime of 14 minutes and 16 seconds. Its scenes and leisurely pace give the city of Luodong a very “Parisian” feel. The filmmakers hope that visitors can get to know Luodong in different ways through the film, not just through brochures or guidebooks. "Dear, Find Some Time to Visit Luodong and Have Fun!" recently participated in the 2013 Taiwan Micro Film Festival organized by the Institute for Information Industry and won first place in the public voting round with 12,000 votes.
