Cyclists now have one more destination where they can bring their bikes along  The Taitung Dulishan Visitor Center, after more than a year of renovation, will officially open on the 30th. Not only can bikes enter the exhibition hall, but there will also be new facilities such as outdoor water dances. The opening day will feature a grand music and dance competition and concert — the music and dance competition starts at 10:30 AM, followed by a grassland concert at 4 PM, with Golden Melody Award-winning singer Shen Wen-cheng performing live.

Many of the center’s facilities will also be unveiled to the public on the opening day on the 30th. There will be hourly guided tours and a stamp-collecting activity within the center — complete the set and receive a souvenir. Additionally, a weekend market will showcase indigenous handcrafted goods from East Coast tribes.

The Dulishan Visitor Center becomes the first exhibition venue in Hualien and Taitung that allows visitors to bring bicycles inside. With a brand-new design theme centered around earth, sea, and sky, it showcases the unique indigenous culture of the East Coast. Furthermore, indoor and outdoor cycling routes have been planned so cyclists can explore the park and visit the exhibition hall while riding their bikes.
