The Yellow Rubber Duck is back again！On December 21, the Yellow Rubber Duck will arrive in Keelung. The organizers have released the “Yellow Rubber Duck Sightseeing Passport” ahead of time. With the passport, users can get discounts worth more than NT$5,000 at 140 participating local stores. Fan Kechin, the overall planner of the Keelung station event, said that Keelung’s duck event features five major exhibition areas. Its most distinctive feature is a custom-made floating platform that enables the duck to rotate 360 degrees, allowing visitors to watch the 18-meter-tall duck spin along with the music.

Fan Kechin pointed out that Keelung’s Yellow Rubber Duck will rotate 360 degrees, so visitors from any angle along the Keelung Harbor can have a chance to see the duck’s front side without having to push through crowds. The organizers also launched a “Duck Fans’ Energy Gathering” campaign, where the most popular zone will determine the duck’s rotation angle. The first batch of 100,000 Yellow Rubber Duck Sightseeing Passports is being issued at NT$50 each, offering benefits worth over NT$5,000.

The five major exhibition zones of Keelung’s Yellow Rubber Duck are: “Music Duck” at Ocean Plaza, “Lucky Duck” at Keelung Harbor Bureau, “Happy Duck” at Ocean Heart Plaza, “Arts & Culture Duck” at Yangming Marine Culture and Art Museum, and “Windmill Duck” at Eternal Culture Park, which consists of 100,000 wishing windmills.
