Falling red maples, blooming plum blossoms – Wuling Farm unveils the vitality of early winter

Autumn has just departed, yet winter is already eager to take its place, with the seasonal transition at Wuling Farm unfolding at a breathtaking pace. Though scattered red maples still stubbornly cling to the branches, the farm’s plum blossoms have begun to “show their first glimmers,” quietly blooming in areas such as the national guesthouse and camping zone.

According to Wuling Farm, mid-December to mid-January is the peak season for plum blossoms. The white and pale pink blooms lining the guesthouse pathways present a distinctive and competitive charm, while the two white plum trees in front of Chiang Kai-shek’s former residence, with their lush branches and dense flowers, have long been known as the “Plum King” and “Plum Queen” of the farm.
