Tired of microwave meals and processed foods? "Toast Wow!", located near Taipei Main Station, impresses with its fresh ambiance and heartfelt food. "Growing up influenced by my mom, I’ve always been picky about food and just can’t get used to processed items." This philosophy is deeply rooted in the mind of owner Wang Jing-yuan, who dreamed of opening his own shop to serve safe, reassuring food to customers. Even the menu was developed together with his mother—from sandwiches to main ingredients and salad toppings, everything highlights fresh, authentic flavors. Wang explained that the pork cutlets offered aren’t processed meat but are made from fresh pork loin, prepared at their in-house central kitchen.

The shop’s "Wow! Signature Club Sandwich" boasts thin yet hearty pork cutlet slices, paired with imported lettuce and egg salad for a refreshing boost, plus a silky omelet—all combining for a multi-layered burst of flavor that doubles your morning energy. For those with a sweet tooth, try the "Banana Chocolate Toast," where hazelnut chocolate spread is slathered on charcoal-grilled toast, topped with freshly sliced bananas and chocolate crisps—even a sweet toast gets an exciting twist!
