Living up to the expectations of the crowds who braved the chilly 13°C weather and cold wind and rain, the Yellow Rubber Duck has finally completed its inflation and is now smoothly floating into Keelung Ocean Plaza. However, due to unstable weather conditions at the site, eyewitnesses report that the duck has not yet been properly positioned.

The Yellow Rubber Duck, originally scheduled to arrive at Ocean Plaza at 1:50 p.m., faced challenges during inflation due to Keelung’s poor weather — biting strong winds and light rain with mist in the harbor. After much effort, the inflated duck was guided by staff into Ocean Plaza, but the extremely strong sea winds caused the Yellow Rubber Duck to bump into the barrier at one point. Fortunately, there were no serious issues.
