It is understood that the creator, Hofmann, was completely unaware of the surrounding conditions for this Keelung Yellow Duck exhibition. Earlier, ETtoday EBC News Cloud learned that Hofmann, who was scheduled to attend the opening ceremony, was expected to arrive by flight today but canceled his flight before boarding, refusing to participate in tomorrow’s (21st) Keelung Yellow Duck inauguration.
