President of the Taiwan Business Association Lü Tainian returns to his hometown to strive for success and becomes a real estate tycoon in Weihai

The direct flight route between Taiwan and Weihai, Shandong has significantly shortened travel time between the two places, and the biggest “beneficiary” is none other than Lü Tainian, President of Jienian Group, who frequently shuttles between the two locations and spends about one-third of his time on the mainland. In addition to serving as President of the Weihai Taiwan Business Association, Lü Tainian is also engaged in the local real estate business. Another more eye-catching identity of his isbeing the husband of Eastern TV news anchor Wang Jiawan.

The Jienian Group, which specializes in real estate development and management, has been involved in Weihai’s real estate investment and development for quite some time. Locals say that the “Bihai Manor,” which was completed in phases starting in 2008, has a minimum price of three to four million RMB, with the highest-end units reaching two to three hundred million RMB, making it the most representative high-end residential property in Weihai.
After the direct flight between Weihai and Taiwan was established, it has brought tremendous convenience to Taiwanese businessmen operating businesses there and has been highly valued by all sectors in Weihai. Lü Tainian mentioned that Weihai and Taiwan complement each other in terms of climate. For instance, during the winter now, people from here traveling to Taiwan are very popular. As far as he knows, many enterprises in Weihai have organized tours to Taiwan with a scale of 1,500 people, and the well-known Shandong Weigao Group, headquartered in Weihai, also plans to organize a tour of a thousand outstanding employees to Taiwan.
