The global travel comparison site Skyscanner released its “World’s 8 Most Iconic Streets,” featuring France’s “Champs-Élysées in Paris.” Stretching from Place de la Concorde in the east to the Arc de Triomphe in the west, it’s considered the soul of Paris, lined with restaurants, cafés, and boutique shops. Italy’s “Via Monte Napoleone in Milan” is also a global fashion mecca and was once the capital during Napoleon’s reign.

The United States has 3 streets on the list: “Broadway in New York,” “Las Vegas Strip,” and “Lombard Street in San Francisco.” “Broadway in New York” is the city’s most bustling street, where you can catch classic shows like The Phantom of the Opera and The Lion King. Times Square, which draws huge crowds for New Year’s Eve celebrations, is also located here. “Lombard Street in San Francisco” is most famous for its 8 sharp hairpin turns, designed to help vehicles navigate the steep hillside—and it’s known as “the crookedest street in the world.”
