Ticket Prices Deemed Expensive – Nagoya Legoland Launches Pre-Sale Tickets with Up to 25% Discount

One of the most talked-about topics in Japan this year has been the newly opened “Legoland” in Nagoya. However, since its opening, not only has the turnout been lower than expected, but many Japanese people also feel that the ticket prices are quite steep. To attract more visitors, Legoland has recently introduced pre-sale discounts on one-day family tickets, with savings of up to 25%.

The original price of a 4-person family ticket (2 adults and 2 children) is 24,400 yen, but purchasing the pre-sale ticket 7 days before entry will cost 18,300 yen — a 25% reduction, equivalent to a 25% discount. If purchased 2 to 6 days before entry, the discounted price is 19,600 yen, equivalent to an 80% discount. For a 3-person family ticket (2 adults and 1 child), the original price is 19,100 yen. Buying it 7 days in advance gives a discounted price of 14,700 yen, saving you 4,400 yen, which equals a 77% discount. If purchased 2 to 6 days before entry, the price is 15,600 yen, offering an 82% discount.

As for the single-day ticket for individual use, the original price is 6,900 yen. Purchasing it 7 days in advance costs 6,200 yen, while buying it 2 to 6 days before entry costs 6,500 yen.
