The Taipei City Government’s Department of Information and Tourism has specially organized a spring couplet giveaway event at Beitou Meiting, scheduled for January 26 from 14:00 to 16:00. Calligraphy teachers from the China Standard Cursive Script Society will be on-site to write couplets for the public. In addition to classic auspicious phrases and couplets related to the “Horse” this year, customized couplets will also be available for visitors to take home.

The public is encouraged to take advantage of the holiday to visit Meiting while also bringing home calligraphy masterpieces, immersing themselves in the festive atmosphere of the New Year.
