Topfresh’s value midday set meal offers the “Three Ways to Enjoy King Crab” for just NT$1,380 + 10%, while the NT$1,980 + 10% set lets you savor premium bird’s nest dishes. For dessert, there’s the Brandy Longan Sweet Soup with Brownie, created by Executive Chef Consultant Lin Bingzhang. It’s made by blending red dates, longans, lotus seeds, black fungus, and vanilla pods into a puree, then seasoned with French brandy. Made with all-natural ingredients, it’s low in calories and aligns with modern health-conscious trends. Traditional Chinese ingredients are reimagined with innovative Western culinary techniques, and to better suit the festive spirit, it also includes symbolically reunion-focused tangyuan (sweet rice balls). It’s sweet but not cloying—warming both the stomach and the heart.
