Strawberry Cloud
A marshmallow sits atop a shot of black coffee, topped with seasonal fresh strawberries. Hot milk is poured over the top, resulting in a soulful drink where you can enjoy the aroma of coffee blended with the richness of warm milk. The fluffy marshmallows and vividly red strawberries offer a luxurious feast for both the eyes and taste buds.

Isshoukenmei
Meaning “putting one’s all into it,” this refers to their mille crêpes cakes, which have about 27–30 layers. The recently launched strawberry series includes three varieties: the Matcha Strawberry Mille Crêpes made with Komakusa matcha and strawberries; the Flower Fruit Mountain (a mixed fruit version) made with lemon custard, yogurt sauce, and seasonal fruits; and the Strawberry Brûlée, featuring homemade brûlée, strawberries, vanilla custard, and edible flowers.

Ichigoichie
A nickname for their frozen treats, including “Winter Blaze” made with homemade strawberry syrup, strawberries, and condensed milk, and “Flame Mountain” made with homemade berry syrup, homemade brûlée, and marshmallow snowmen. The café explains that all their frozen items are made with homemade ice cubes. For an ultra-smooth texture, they adjust their ice shaver to produce finer ice, resulting in a mouthfeel smoother than shaved ice and silkier than snowflake ice—some bites even melt instantly. The process starts with shaping the base using crushed ice, then layering it with homemade syrups both inside and out, ensuring the sauce blends seamlessly with the ice. No water or artificial coloring is added at any stage. The focus is on freshness and a reduced-sugar recipe that satisfies sweet cravings without guilt.
