Local low-cost carrier "V Air" to recruit 80 flight attendants in March

V Air, Taiwan's first homegrown low-cost airline established by TransAsia Airwaysand scheduled to commence operations in September,will hold its first flight attendant recruitment in March. TransAsia announced on the 21st that it plans to recruit 80 candidates.

V Air is about to officially enter the low-cost airline market. Ahead of its launch, the airline has initiated its first talent recruitment plan. The flight attendant recruitment details are expected to be announced on TransAsia's official website next week, with the selection process running from mid- to late March. Around 80 positions are available this time. Additionally, in late March, the airline will also unveil its corporate logo and future operational plans.

According to TransAsia's plans, V Air will initially operate A320 and A321 aircraft on routes to Southeast and Northeast Asia.

Meanwhile, Tigerair Taiwan, a low-cost carrier jointly launched by China Airlines and Singapore-based Tigerair, is also expected to begin operations before the end of the year and will launch its own flight attendant recruitment drive, aiming to hire 50 candidates.
