Chef André Chiang graduated from National Taiwan University’s Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures but developed a passion for cooking and entered the culinary world. After graduation, she went to France to study patisserie and has worked with renowned French chefs such as pastry master Pierre Hermé, as well as in Michelin-starred restaurants. Upon returning to Taiwan, she opened a French restaurant and incorporated uniquely Taiwanese ingredients into French cuisine.
