This year, many airlines plan to open flight attendant recruitment. Following announcements from EVA Air, Singapore Airlines, and V Air, All Nippon Airways (ANA) will also recruit over 20 new flight attendants in Taipei from March 1 to 3.

According to ANA’s regulations, this recruitment will accept on-site applications, with evaluations based on group discussions. The hiring process focuses on whether candidates fit the corporate image and requires strong foreign language proficiency, with a TOEIC score of 650 or above. Employee benefits include free or discounted flights, as well as vacation entitlements such as annual leave, maternity leave, and special leave. Monthly salary plus allowances starts from around NT$60,000–70,000.

Since ANA places emphasis on overall performance, with lower barriers for physical requirements, candidates who just "barely meet" the height criteria also have greater opportunities to realize their dream of flying.
