The "Blueprint" is back to life! The new 3D version to be completed in June at the Tainan micro-cultural and creative park

Tainan’s well-known street scene “Blueprint” was recently painted over, much to the disappointment of many locals. The city’s Cultural Affairs Bureau has now introduced theNew Blueprint, located in a micro-cultural and creative park set up in an alley off Section 1, Ximen Road, within a renovated former judicial dormitory. The original designer, Liu Guocang, has once again been commissioned for the project, which is expected to be completed by the end of June. The overall micro-cultural and creative park is scheduled to be finished and open to the public by around the end of the year.

A spokesperson from the Cultural Affairs Bureau's Cultural and Creative Development Division told ETtoday Ettoday Dongsen News Cloud,the “New Blueprint” is currently under construction inside the cultural park located in Alley 689, Section 1, Ximen Road, and is expected to be completed by the end of June. However, the entire cultural park is conservatively estimated to make its debut by the end of the year.Before the park opens, members of the public who wish to visit and see the “New Blueprint” may enter directly after identifying themselves to the construction staff.

It is understood that the reappearing Blueprint will transform from its original two-dimensional artwork into a three-dimensional spatial design. The Cultural Affairs Bureau also noted that the micro-cultural and creative park will feature approximately six exhibition halls of different creative styles, incorporating various “Tainan elements,” all while drawing on innovative concepts inspired by historical architecture.
