Meng? Chicken Cutlet

Endorsed by celebrity NONO, Meng? Chicken Cutlet has multiple branches across Taiwan, including seven in Kaohsiung. Using a special thick-slicing technique, the focus is on achieving the optimal cutlet thickness—each piece is about two centimeters thick to prevent juice loss during high-heat frying, resulting in a firmer texture. The cutlet is marinated in soy sauce and honey, offering a unique flavor compared to the usual offerings.

The taste is traditional yet satisfying, and the texture is quite good. In addition, the shop’s sweet potato and potato fries are sourced from local small farms, making them quite special for a chicken cutlet stand.
