Speaking of milk hot pot, “Hot Pot Mama Milk Hot Pot” located near Taipei’s Minquan West Road Station is said to be the pioneer of milk hot pot in Taipei. It once won a championship in a hot pot competition. What’s more special is that it uses “Binchotan active water” along with Hokkaido kelp and chicken bones to simmer the broth, bringing warmth to your heart as winter arrives. The signature “Whitening Milk Hot Pot” combines broth with low-fat milk, then enhances the mild flavor of the low-fat milk with butter. Golden and rich in taste, you won’t feel greasy even after finishing the whole pot.
