Stay at a Taipei City hotel & enjoy discounted boat rides from Dadaocheng Wharf

Historic Dadaocheng is a must-visit destination in Taipei. The Taipei City Department of Rapid Transit Systems has partnered with local hotels to offer boat ride discounts at Dadaocheng Wharf for guests staying at over 300 hotels in Taipei. The department has also produced the "Explore Dadaocheng" tourist map, distributed to hotels citywide, helping visitors navigate and explore nearby attractions.

The Department of Rapid Transit Systems announced that starting March 29 (Saturday), visitors presenting proof of accommodation at any Taipei hotel or guesthouse can purchase discounted "Dadaocheng–Tamsui" or "Dadaocheng Night Cruise" micro-travel ferry tickets at Dadaocheng Wharf. Originally priced at NT$290, tickets will be discounted NT$40 on-site. Additionally, passengers who take photos during the cruise and share them online will receive a limited-edition navy-style towel mascot.
