"Star" Takes You to Petite France Village – Transparent Stairs Let You Become Jun Ji-hyun

Petite France is a themed park full of French-style architecture and Little Prince elements. It has been the filming location for Korean dramas such as "Beethoven Virus" and "Secret Garden." Already a well-known spot among K-drama fans, its popularity soared even more after being featured in "My Love from the Star," making it a must-visit destination for tourists from mainland China and Hong Kong.

Lyu Guang-long, manager of Petite France, stated that among the foreign visitors to the park each year, Taiwan accounts for the highest number at 50,000, which increased by 30% after the airing of "My Love from the Star." Meanwhile, the number of visitors from mainland China has already caught up with those from Taiwan. The park once recorded a daily total of 8,000 visitors from various countries, with a goal of reaching 200,000 annual visitors this year.

Lyu Guang-long pointed out that March and April are the off-season for Korea’s tourism industry. However, "My Love from the Star" has brought a wave of K-drama fans. The park also turns on special lighting in the evenings and extends its operating hours until 8 PM, allowing visitors to experience the romance of "Do Min-jun." He expressed surprise at the drama’s impact, adding that many travel agencies from mainland China have contacted him to include Petite France in their itineraries.
