Since ancient times, literati across dynasties have been captivated by the beauty of West Lake. Famous works such as "Spring Outing on West Lake," "Dawn on the Su Causeway in Spring," and "Melting Snow on Broken Bridge" all celebrate the lake and mountain scenery before one’s eyes. The great literary master Su Shi even likened West Lake to the peerless beauty Xi Shi, praising how it showcases different kinds of beauty in every season and in both sunny and rainy conditions – an experience only truly felt when visiting in person.

Known as the "Paradise on Earth," Hangzhou in China boasts West Lake, one of the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage sites. Among 60 sample cities, it ranks in the top three for tourist satisfaction. Over the past four years, a total of 2.21 million Taiwanese tourists have visited Hangzhou. The city’s profound historical culture blends seamlessly with its naturally gifted landscapes, allowing visitors to admire the beauty of West Lake, experience the vicissitudes of the Grand Canal, explore the quaint charm of water towns, and wander through the narrow alleys hidden within the city.
