Classic oyster soup and oyster rice are both priced at NT$80. The clear oyster soup is paired with timeless ginger slices and basil, featuring an endless supply of plump oysters with zero fishiness. The oysters are coated in a thin layer of cornstarch and blanched to perfection—the tender outer membrane locks in the juices, bursting in your mouth with every bite. The base of the oyster rice is the familiar old-school pork lard fried rice, topped with crispy fried shallots, pickled vegetables, and freshly blanched oysters, offering an incredibly aromatic experience that has you going back for more.

The dry noodles are made with traditional oil noodles, tossed with soy paste and sprinkled with lots of crispy fried shallots for extra fragrance. Additionally, Uncle Oyster goes all out by adding a generous spoonful of mashed garlic on top—super garlicky. A sip of the oyster soup at this point cuts through the richness perfectly. Without spending much, you can enjoy a full oyster feast full of the bold flavors of the sea at this humble street food stall!
