The Houshi Reef Cluster is situated along the southeastern coast of Little Liuqiu, between Daliao Harbor and Haizikou. Due to the effects of seawater erosion, the entire area features uneven eroded platforms with pitted landscapes. White waves roll right up to your feet, while the crystal-clear water shifts from light blue to deep blue, creating dreamy gradient hues that offer a limited-time summer healing experience — you just can’t stop taking photos. Be warned: the area is full of sharp reef rocks that can cut your feet, so be extra careful while taking those beautiful shots.

Besides the stunning coastline, the weird and wonderful rock formations along the island’s ring road also attract visitors. "Red Fan Rock" resembles the profile of an Indigenous person wearing a feathered headdress from afar — quite unique. There are also other formations like the Ivy Stone, Guanyin Stone, and Mouse Stone, each offering endless imagination when viewed from different angles. The rugged rocks of Little Liuqiu don’t end there — look closely and you’ll spot various animal shapes such as frogs, parrots, and mice, adding a lot of fun.
