Not full enough with just pancakes? Kyushu Pancake Café unveils 4 new curry dishes

Taiwan’s Kyushu Pancake Café has collaborated exclusively with the Kyushu Pancake Japanese cuisine team to develop a brand-new “Curry Series” tailored for Taiwanese tastes. The four new curry dishes are: Kyushu Special Moonview Meat Sauce Curry, Kyushu Grilled Rich Cheese Chicken Curry, Kyushu Premium Chicken & Vegetable Curry, and Kyushu Garden Seasonal Vegetable Curry. Starting June 23, these “Curry Series” dishes will be available daily in limited quantities at Kyushu Pancake Café’s Taipei Fujsin and Songyan branches.

The Kyushu Special Moonview Meat Sauce Curry features finely ground tender pork, combined with an exclusive spice blend, fresh onions, and a curry sauce simmered from a variety of fruits and vegetables. The mixture is stir-fried and slowly reduced until the sauce thickens. The curry is then served over Koshihikari rice with a soft-boiled egg on top. Recommended price: NT$290.

The Kyushu Grilled Rich Cheese Chicken Curry blends seasonal vegetables, chicken thigh cutlets, and a special curry sauce made from a variety of fruits and vegetables. It’s generously topped with shredded cheese and then grilled to enhance both flavor and texture. Recommended price: NT$290.

The Kyushu Garden Seasonal Vegetable Curry incorporates the health concept of “five servings of fruits and vegetables a day,” featuring a special curry sauce made from various fruits and vegetables, paired with a variety of fresh seasonal greens. Recommended price: NT$270. Meanwhile, the Kyushu Premium Chicken & Vegetable Curry highlights pan-seared chicken thigh cutlets with seasonal fresh vegetables, and a specially prepared curry sauce made from a mix of fruits and vegetables. Recommended price: NT$290.
