So cute they’re “bear”-able again！Following the hugely popular large-scale teddy bear street exhibition in Taichung, the renowned “Jeju Teddy Bear Museum” from South Korea will now hold an exhibition starting today at the Nanhua World Trade Exhibition Center in Tainan. The event not only features teddy bears reinterpreting classic artworks and sculptures, but also includes the iconic “Gangnam Style PSY teddy bear” from Korea, who will be showing off his signature horse-riding dance！

Visiting the Teddy Bear Museum is a must-do when traveling to Jeju Island in Korea, and now you can experience it without leaving Taiwan！After concluding its Taipei exhibition earlier this year, the teddy bears are heading to Tainan. In this exhibition, teddy bears will appear in Leonardo da Vinci’s “The Last Supper,” join Jean-François Millet in “The Gleaners,” and even transform into David’s “Napoleon Crossing the Alps.” Michelangelo’s famous “David” statue, upon closer inspection, seems to have a face that resembles a teddy bear, while the embodiment of beauty, the “Venus de Milo,” takes on a cute new charm when reimagined by teddy bears.

In addition, teddy bears will take on the forms of various famous figures, such as U.S. President Barack Obama, legendary King of Rock Elvis Presley, and PSY, who became a global sensation with his hit song “Gangnam Style.” The most precious item in the exhibition is arguably the limited edition “125k Gold Teddy Bear,” specially commissioned by German company Steiff to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the teddy bear. These bears feature fur interwoven with delicate gold threads, and their eyes are inlaid with 125-carat sapphires！There’s also the “Micrometer Bear,” which can only be appreciated through a magnifying glass. From now until June 15th, you can see them all at the Nanhua World Trade Exhibition Center in Tainan.
