Following the launch of its own brand, V Air, TransAsia Airways will also unveil a new corporate image ad starting May 14, themed “Opening a Window to Your Dreams.” The ad conveys the shared longing for travel among protagonists of different identities—family members, couples, and friends. To ensure authenticity, the flight attendant featured throughout the commercial is not a professional actress but rather Liu Yixin, a cabin crew member who has worked at TransAsia Airways for nearly three years. The series of ads comes in three versions—15, 30, and 50 seconds—and will be aired on television as well as on the official TransAsia Airways website and online media platforms.

TransAsia Airways Chairman Lin Ming-wei stated that the airline had not launched any corporate image ads in recent years, but with the launch of V Air and the aim of driving new momentum for TransAsia, the company decided to release an image ad this year to enhance brand identity.
Lin Ming-wei also noted that beyond the development of TransAsia Airways, “capturing consumer preferences” is also a key focus for V Air moving forward. In just two months, V Air’s Facebook followers have surpassed the number accumulated by TransAsia Airways over three years, demonstrating the Taiwanese public’s anticipation for the country’s first homegrown low-cost carrier.
