Taipei Travel Exhibition: Guam Teams Up with Eight Travel Agencies to Launch Summer Promotions

To embrace the peak summer season, plan a relaxing and rejuvenating island vacation trip. From May 23 to 26 at Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1, the "2014 Taipei International Travel Fair" saw the Guam Visitors Bureau collaborate with eight travel agencies—EZFly, Tianhai, Pacific Islands, Shiyu, Proway, Fanta, Laurel, and Colorful—to offer special music festival packages and unbeatable summer itineraries. The first 50 visitors to the Guam booth each day will receive a Guam Visitors Bureau luggage tag, and those who make an on-site booking will additionally receive a Guam-exclusive stylus pen.

The Guam International Live Music Festival will take place on June 6 and 7, featuring performance groups from multiple countries bringing diverse musical styles to kick off an exciting summer of travel in Guam. This summer, in addition to regular flights operated by China Airlines and EVA Air—departing every Wednesday, Saturday, Tuesday, and Saturday—there will be 27 additional charter flights direct to Guam, providing travelers with even more scheduling options.

For this promotion, the Guam Visitors Bureau has partnered with major travel operators to launch attractive package deals, allowing consumers to enjoy Guam’s classic experiences all in one go. EZFly is offering a complimentary five-day Trolley Pass to customers who book the Guam Music Festival special itinerary; Laurel Travel is featuring a limited-time deal with up to NT$6,000 off the second person at PIC Resort; Shiyu Travel Agency is providing free room upgrades to luxury suites at Hyatt’s top resort and complimentary in-room unlimited Wi-Fi; and Colorful Travel is running a special promotion with five-day-three-night free-and-easy stays at the Westin Hotel for just NT$25,000 for adults.
