"So touching!" First to appear was the locally made Taiwanese balloon "Colorful Ball," followed by the "Eye Ball" from Belgium, the cow-shaped balloon, the pumpkin ball, and others. Among them, the most eye-catching was the "Taiwan San Taizi" (the Third Prince of the Kingdom of Matsu) flying into the sky aboard a colorful hot air balloon while holding the national flag, drawing cheers from the entire crowd. After all 18 hot air balloons took off one after another, the finale act—the "Black Warrior"—made a grand entrance accompanied by its theme music. Truly majestic, the crowd gathered close just to capture images of its enormous form.

The organizers also explained that although 20 hot air balloons were originally scheduled to fly together, due to the popularity of the Black Warrior balloon—which many visitors wanted to photograph—it was decided to keep the Black Warrior inflated on the ground so people could take more photos. Another balloon did not take off because the German pilot arrived in Taiwan later than expected (according to civil aviation regulations, hot air balloon pilots must rest for a certain number of hours before they can operate flights), making it impossible to fit into the schedule. In the end, a total of 18 hot air balloons took to the skies.
