Standing at about 115 meters tall, Mount Faber Park is rich in natural greenery. The winding trails up the hill allow visitors to fully immerse themselves in the freshness of the forest, making it a popular spot for locals to take walks, exercise during the day, or enjoy the night view in the evening. For those with more energy, consider starting from Telok Blangah Hill Park and walking up the trail to admire the Henderson Waves Bridge, listed as one of the world’s top 10 most unusual bridges.

Following the trail, you’ll eventually arrive at the Mount Faber Cable Car station, one of the key transportation links between Singapore and Sentosa Island. There are mainly two types of tickets: a single ride on the Mount Faber Cable Car for SGD 29 for adults, and the Sky Pass, which includes both the Mount Faber and Sentosa Cable Cars, for SGD 33.

The best time to ride the Mount Faber Cable Car is around sunset. If you’re not planning to enter Sentosa Island, you can purchase the SGD 29 ticket for a one-way ride from Mount Faber Station to the final stop at Sentosa Station. Without getting off, you can simply show your ticket to the staff when the cabin door opens and ride back to Mount Faber Station. With good timing, you can enjoy a breathtaking aerial view of the setting sun over the distant coast, the city’s sparkling lights as they begin to glow, and the industrial yet enchanting nightscape of the harbor — an alternative and highly recommended way to experience the Mount Faber Cable Car.
