2. Nantou Neihu Elementary School
Neihu Elementary School is hailed by netizens as the most beautiful forest elementary school in Taiwan. Originally severely damaged by the 921 Earthquake, the school was later rebuilt as a forest school. Its Japanese-style nostalgic architecture gives the illusion of being in Kyoto, Japan, and many people visit this beautiful school before heading to Xitou.
