Jetstar to cancel some flights on the “Singapore–Taipei–Osaka” route from late October

Jetstar, the low-cost airline offering the most flights in Taiwan, is reportedly canceling some of its weekly Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday services on the “Singapore–Taipei–Osaka” route starting from late October. According to Jetstar customer service information, four flights — outbound 3K723 and 3K721, as well as return flights 3K724 and 3K722 — on the “Singapore–Taipei–Osaka” route will be canceled from the end of October.

EVA Airways ticketing agent for Jetstar Asia, U-Da Travel Service, stated that such flight changes are adjustments made by the head office, and U-Da is only responsible for ticket sales, so they are not at liberty to disclose the actual reasons. However, they will still notify passengers who have already booked tickets via email, SMS, or phone, and assist with ticket changes.

Passengers who have booked flights after the end of October can also take advantage of Jetstar’s offer of one free change to any flight within 24 hours before or after their original booking. They may contact Jetstar customer service at 0080-1852015 for assistance.
