Independent travelers from Taiwan can opt to purchase a one-day Universal Studios Japan ticket from major travel agencies. Adult tickets are around NT$2,200 (original price 6,980 yen including tax, about NT$2,094), and child tickets are around NT$1,500 (original price about 4,880 yen including tax, about NT$1,464). However, to enter the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, you still need to exchange your ticket for an entry voucher inside the park and wait in line.

Individual visitors must personally collect a “Park Admission Ticket” with a designated time slot at Universal Studios Japan’s Central Park. One ticket gets you one admission ticket, and the time slots available each day vary and are limited in number – once they’re gone, they’re gone.
